Please arrive on Zoom or at Active Life Conditioning at 7:25 pm to be settled and ready to start at 7:30 pm sharp.
Kiri will email Zoom participants the handouts before the session. And will have the handouts and pens for attendees in person.
The session will be recorded and sent out to all participants and anyone who missed the session and wants to complete it on their own time.
