Schedule:
9-9:30 am: Welcome and grounding meditation at Active Life Conditioning
9:30-10:45: Values Creation - Understand the power of values and create your values for 2024
10:45- 11:15: Break, snack and drive to snowshoe location
11:15-1:00 pm - Showshoe (Location 10-15 minutes away from Active Life Conditioning)
*** Option to join for a group lunch after (more details to follow)
What to Expect:
-Time to get clarity and connect to how you want to feel for the year to come
-Tips for living in alignment with your best self (your values)
-Discover helpful grounding techniques
-We will provide a snack
-Be comfortable with big hills, walking on rocks and roots
-Connect with like-minded individuals
What to Bring:
-Snowshoes and comfortable shoes that go into the snowshoes
-Layers (slush pants, jacket, vest, hat, mitts etc..) Dress how you would for cross-country skiing.
-Your own water bottle
-Pen/pencil & notebook for journaling
-Small bag/backpack to carry all personal belongings on snowshoe
-Walking poles (if desired)
-To be fully present and focused on self, we appreciate no dogs or young children
-A great attitude to connect to self, nature and the others around you!
About Kiri
Kiri is a Mental Performance Consultant (MPC) and Strength and Conditioning Coach at Active Life Conditioning. She creates a space for athletes to understand more about themselves and what they need to do to perform their best, believe in themselves and find joy in the process.
Kiri’s Experience with Values: I remember being shocked the first time I connected to my values. It was a totally different experience from goal setting. Once I created the space to reflect on my current values, it was so helpful and empowering not to make decisions solely based on my goals but rather on how that decision would make me feel (aligned with my values).
