Sunset Breathwork By The Bay

Breathe. Ground. Grow.

Take time out of your busy schedule to connect to nature and your highest self at sunset. Breathwork is a powerful practice that can get you out of your head, release emotional blocks and create instantaneous mindset shifts!

Time: 7-8 pm (please arrive at 6:50 pm). Feel free to stay until after the sunsets (8:05 pm)
Location: 210 Long Point Rd (last house on the left, please park on the road)

Class breakdown:

  • Introduction & overview of breathwork and the breathing pattern

  • Breathwork

  • Meditation (tapping into your highest self)

  • Journaling and discussion

  • Time and moments to enjoy the sunset

What to bring:

  • Yoga Mat

  • Eye covers

  • Comfortable Clothes

  • Blanket/Layers

  • Journal & pen/pencil

What to expect:

  • A deep connection to self and the present moment.

  • Feel more centred, blissful, and happy.

  • Gain clarity & inner wisdom.

  • Boost immunity, increase physical energy & stamina, improve brain function, lower stress hormone and blood pressure.

Kiri’s Journey with Breathwork

Being an athlete has led me to be heavily in my head, logically thinking my way through everything and repressing my emotions. Breathwork has helped me to get out of my head and tap into my heart and intuition. After the first breathwork session, I could feel a shift and a release in my body. It was such a powerful experience that took me to level 1 & 11 Breathwork training through BreatheOnIt to help others experience similar transformational experiences.
