Take the month of March to bring more mindfulness into your life in a fun and practical way!


How it works: Bingo style!

  • You’ll receive a bingo card with 24 mindfulness activities to complete on your own time.

  • When you do a mindfulness activity, cross it off on your bingo card.

  • If you complete the bingo card through March, you’ll be put into a draw for a free 30-minute session with Kiri!

  • Kiri is offering meditations on Zoom. See the times below!

  • Support and encouragement.

  • Tips on how to maintain mindfulness in your life!

Free Virtual Meditations

Join Kiri for one or multiple virtual meditations on Zoom. Save the date and more info with a link to come!

  • Saturday, March 4, 9:00-9:30 am

  • Tuesday, March 7, 8:30-9:00 pm

  • Sunday, March 12, 9:00-9:30 am

  • Wednesday, March 15: 8:30-9:00 pm
