Sunset Breathwork By The Bay


Breathe. Ground. Grow.

Take time out of your busy schedule to connect to nature and your highest self at sunset. Breathwork is a powerful practice that can get you out of your head, release emotional blocks and create instantaneous mindset shifts!

Dates & Time:

  1. Monday, August 5 - 7:30- 8:30 pm

  2. Friday, August 23 - 7:15-8:15 pm Changed to Saturday, August 24 - 11 am - 12 pm

  3. Thursday, August 29 - 7:00-8:00 pm

  4. Thursday, September 5 - 6:45-7:45 pm

** Note the different starting times. This is so we finish right before the sunset, and you are welcome to stay and enjoy the sunset.  🔅

Location: Blue Mountain, Ontario, on Georgian Bay. The location will be sent once you sign up, or if you want to pay cash, email Kiri (kiri@performyou.ca) for the location and inform her of attendance.

Investment:

  • Individual session: $15

  • 3 or more $10 each (non-refundable for package)

Class breakdown:

  • Introduction & overview of breathwork and the breathing pattern

  • Breathwork

  • Meditation (tapping into your highest self)

  • Journaling and discussion

  • Time and moments to enjoy the sunset

What to bring:

  • Yoga Mat

  • Eye covers - Kiri will provide some

  • Comfortable Clothes

  • Blanket/Layers

  • Journal & pen/pencil

Kiri’s Journey with Breathwork

Being an athlete has led me to be heavily in my head, logically thinking my way through everything and repressing my emotions. Breathwork has helped me to get out of my head and tap into my heart and intuition. After the first breathwork session, I could feel a shift and a release in my body. It was such a powerful experience that took me to level 1 & 11 Breathwork training through BreatheOnIt to help others experience similar transformational experiences.
