Coach Kiri Langford at Perform You offers various mental coaching services to best serve your needs!

  • Work with Kiri one-on-one, virtually or in person at Active Life Conditioning to come up with a personalized mental performance strategy to help you perform your best!

  • The Confidence Course is a great introduction to mental performance giving you a practical tool box to help take your confidence to the next level.

  • Workshops are a great way for teams to come together to learn mental performance concepts. They can be customized to the teams’ needs.

  • Start your season off right with a team building retreat! Kiri can customize it to your team’s needs, and will include team building activities, mental performance workshops, and workouts.

    The Confidence Audit is a workshop for athletes at any confidence level to check in and reflect on their confidence levels, and leave with practical tools to take your confidence to the next level!
